If the item is defective:
If
within 30 days you discover any manufacturer defects and return the
item to us we will grant you a 100% refund. Or we will replace the item
for you at no cost to you. Shipping cost is not refundable.
If the item is NOT defective:So long as there is no damage to the item and all containing items are still in tact with the original packaging....
If within 30 days you choose to return your item to us. We will grant you a 100% refund for your purchase.
If
any items are missing from the contents there will be deductions from
your refund to replace the items missing from the product.
If the
returned item contains user loaded MP4's, MP3's, Pictures, E-books or
voice recorded data it will be sent back to you without refund.
Customized items:Our return policy is extended an extra 30 days for customized items due to prolonged shipping.
Returns are not accepted for ALL customized or personalized items. This includes:
Personalize it feature:
We
can only receive personalized items back if there is a manufacturer
defect. In which case you will receive a replacement item. If you wish
to obtain a money back refund you will only receive the cost of the
item and not the $40 cost of the feature.
Preloaded feature:
We
can not accept these items back due to the fact that they are preloaded
with your content. If your content is removed then a return can be
made. The $10 preloaded fee will not be refunded, only the purchasing
price of the device will be refunded to you.
Overlay or graphic feature:items
will only be accepted for return if they are not customer specific,
meaning they do not include your personal design, graphics, name or
logo. All general graphics or overlays designed or created by MJM
Electronics or Reflective Concepts are valid for return. You will
receive only your purchasing price as your refund and not the overlay
or graphic cost.
if the item is damaged during shipping:This matter does not pertain to us. Unfortunately you will have to take the matter up with the shipping carrier.
Reflective Concepts Guarantee: Lettering (decals) Graphics and Overlays are PERMANENT and not to be tampered with.
Decal Warranty:Unless
otherwise noted in the product descriptions, all* decals come with a
lifetime warranty! We are confident you will be happy with our products
for as long as you own your product.
